Dental Company sells a minority stake to private equity firm Alter Capital

Dental Company is the fourth largest dental care chain operating in the Spanish market in terms of number of clinics. The Group is formed by 65 franchise clinics operating in the south of Spain.

The company follows a distinctive business model focusing mostly on "secondary cities" in the provinces where they operate (cities with poputations lower than 25,000 people) and operating small but very efficient dental clinics. Private equity firm Alter Capital will help the company to consolidate its position in the South of Spain as well as to grow in other regions where the company is not yet present.
