Xenon Private Equity VI acquired ADI

Fineurop Soditic assisted Surfaces Technological Abrasives, leading Italian provider of ceramics-working equipment controlled by the fund Xenon Private Equity VI, in the acquisition of ADI. The transaction will create a new leading group in the abrasives technology business with total sales of around €55 million.

Established in 1980 and based near Vicenza, ADI is a leading player in diamond tools addressed to a wide number of industries.

Surfaces Technological Abrasives manufactures abrasives for the treatment of lapping of the ceramics. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Cenate Sotto, Italy.
