Artplan and Revolution create a joint venture named Pullse

RGS Partners acted as exclusive financial adviser to Artplan in the creation of a joint-venture with Revolution named Pullse.

Artplan is recognized as the largest Brazilian independent advertising agency. The company has more than 400 employees and customers comprise companies such as TIM, Amil, Coca-Cola Brasil, Etna, Sky, among others. Artplan is part of Artplan Group, composed by Artplan, Rock in Rio and Dream Factory.

RGS Partners assisted in the valuation and financial structuring of the joint-venture and in the negotiation of the commercial and negotiable terms between the parties.
