White Bridge Investments acquires minority stake in Italian Ancorotti Cosmetics

Fineurop Soditic acted as exclusive financial adviser to the private equity firm White Bridge Investments in the acquisition of a minority stake in Ancorotti Cosmetics.

Founded in 2008, Ancorotti Cosmetics is a leading contract manufacturer in the cosmetic sector specialized in the production of mascara and back injected powders for the main international brands. In 2016, it generated sales of €72 million (+66% compared to 2015) confirming its profitable growth trend. White Bridge will boost Ancorotti’s international expansion, supporting the company and accelerating its further development.
