Covisian acquired Telesurvey

Fineurop Soditic acted as financial adviser to Covisian, Italy-based company engaged in providing business process outsourcing services, in the acquisition of Telesurvey Italia.

Established in 1987, the company is active in communication and multiservice marketing, market research and customer satisfaction, supporting its clients in their relationship with customers. Over the years, Telesurvey has expanded its activities as a Multiservice Call Centre working in partnership with domestic and international companies.
