Draper Esprit completes a £100m placing to fund growth

Goodbody acted as ESM Advisor and Joint Broker for the placing by way of accelerated bookbuild

 

Draper Esprit, which invests in digital technology companies across Europe, successfully raised £100m. The transaction was oversubscribed with significant demand from both existing and new shareholders.

This was the fourth transaction that Goodbody has undertaken for Draper Esprit and has successfully raised £390m for the company since its IPO in June 2016.
