Bank Degroof Petercam Spain is acquired by Andbank Espana

Arcano has acted as sole financial advisor to Degroof Petercam on the sale of its Spanish private bank business.

Degroof Petercam, one of the reference private banking institutions, has come to an agreement to sell their wholly-owned Spanish private banking business to Andbank Spain, as a part of their strategic plan.

Bank Degroof Petercam Spain has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. Bank Degroof's business includes private banking and asset management

Andbank Espana is a subsidiary of Andorra Banc Agricol Reig
