He advises entrepreneurs on commercial law, intellectual property and public procurement.He specialises in corporate services for companies (including those with public entities), including transformations and mergers, the legal aspects of IT system implementation and the commercialisation of R&D results.

He draws up and negotiates various types of business contracts and represents clients in mediation proceedings, court disputes and before the National Board of Appeals. He supports clients in cases concerning infringement of internet domain rights.

He also works pro bono with NGOs (foundations and associations), conducting training and preparing expert opinions on the legal aspects of their activities.

He gained his professional experience working in law firms in Wrocław, at the Łukasiewicz Research Network Institute, and as a member of supervisory boards and curators of limited liability companies.

Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. Graduate of the University of Wrocław and the H. Grocjusza School of Intellectual Property Law in Warsaw. Has a positive opinion from the Council for Companies with State Treasury Participation and State Legal Entities.
He relaxes by travelling, sailing and climbing mountain peaks (conqueror of the Crown of Polish Mountains). He plays the guitar and the accordion.
