INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Controller of your personal data is Compliance Partners Szpytka sp.k. and CP sp. z o.o., depending on the nature of a relationship established as part of the economic relations.

Objectives and legal grounds for processing and data retention period
We may process your personal data in the following situations:
- if you have subscribed to our Newsletter, or otherwise consented to receive marketing information from us to the email address or phone number provided by you, we will process your data only for the purpose of sending you the information concerning our offer and other marketing information. In such cases, the basis for the processing of personal data is the exercise of the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e., Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which consist in carrying out marketing activities in connection with the consent expressed as referred to in Article 10 of the Polish Act on Electronic Services or Article 172 of the Polish Telecommunications Act. Once the consent is withdrawn, the personal data will no longer be processed. You provide your data on a voluntary basis; however, you need to provide your data if you want to subscribe to the newsletter;
- if you contact us via email, regular mail or otherwise, e.g., by telephone or in person, we process your data solely for the purpose of communication and settling the matter to which the correspondence or contact relates. The basis for data processing in this case is the implementation of the legitimate interests of the controller, i.e., Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which consist in handling the correspondence addressed to them in connection with the economic activity carried out. The personal data will be processed for the time necessary to handle the matter. You provide your data on a voluntary basis; however, you may need to provide your data so that the matter can be resolved;
- If you visit our website (www.cp.pl), we may use your data such as IP address or information collected by cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services to make website contents available to you as a user – in that case, the legal basis for the processing is the need to process the data to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); moreover, in that case, we may process the data to improve the functionalities we use and the services we provide, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes – in that case, the legal basis for the processing is the need to process the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists in analysing the activity or preferences of the users of our website;
- if we receive an inquiry from you in connection with your interest in our offer, in which case we will process your data for the purpose of sending the offer. The basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. In that case, your data will be stored for no longer than is necessary to learn the details of the offer;
- if you have concluded a contract with us, we will process your data for the purpose of concluding and properly performing that contract. In that case, the basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data will only be stored until the claims under the contract have expired;
- we may process your personal data such as an email address, forename, surname and position, if they have been provided to us in the wording of the contract you have concluded with us. We may process the personal data of persons indicated to represent the entity. The basis for the processing of personal data indicated for contact or representation is the legitimate interests of the Controller or a party to the contract, i.e., Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Personal data will be stored for a period necessary for the implementation of activities related to the parties’ mutual contact throughout the performance of the contract. You need to provide the data in order to conclude and perform the contract;
- if you are interested in employment with us and you have submitted your application documents, we will process your data pursuant to Article 2211 et seq. of the Polish Labour Code, for the purpose of recruitment, not longer than 6 months from the time of its completion, unless you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of participating in future recruitment processes – in that case, we will process your data for the next 2 years, unless you withdraw the consent;
- we may process your data for the purpose of complying with our obligations under the relevant legal provisions that define these obligations, e.g., tax and accounting provisions, i.e., pursuant to Article(6)(1)(c) of the GDPR. The personal data will be processed for the time specified under these provisions;
- if justified, we will process your data pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the purpose of pursuing the other legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, such as investigation or defence against claims. For this purpose, we will process your data until the end of the period of limitation of claims.
Personal data recipients
The recipients of your data are the entities whom we have entrusted to process the personal data on our behalf, i.e., the suppliers of IT services, accounting services and entities or authorities authorised by law.
Exercise of the rights of subjects
You are entitled to the following rights under the GDPR:
- the right to access your data and to receive a copy thereof;
- the right to rectify (correct) your data;
- the right to erase your data when the processing of personal data is not undertaken for the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation;
- the right to limit the processing of the data;
- the right to object;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
