Eirgrid plc secures a new €200m working capital facility

Goodbody acted as sole arranger for the debt facility

EirGrid, a state-owned power transmission operator in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, has secured a €200m standby working capital facility (revolving credit facility) to be used to meet potential cash shortfalls in the energy market.
