Hines Global Income Trust acquired ABC Westland logistics park

Hamburg Commercial Bank acted as M&A advisor on the sale of a leading European agri-/ fresh food logistics park to a renowned US real estate investment fund

ABC Westland is a well-established logistics park in the agri-/ fresh food sector, providing modern real estate facilities, infrastructure and services for over 50 tenants for storing, cooling, ripening and packaging. The park is strategically located in the Westland region, the largest vegetable growing area in Europe and only 10 km from the port of Rotterdam, the main European import and export hub for agri-goods.

Hines Global Income Trust is a public, non-listed real estate investment trust sponsored by Hines. It commenced operations in 2014 and invests in commercial real estate investments located in the United States and internationally.
