Arcano acted as financial advisor of Pet Care Retail Group shareholders in the sale of the company to Maskokotas.

Pet Care Retail Group is a leading company focused in marketing pet products through the online channel in the Sothern European area, with strong presence in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy.

Founded in 2012, Pet Care Retail Group’s revenues amounted to c.€30m in 2018, recording high growth rates since inception.

Arcano acted as financial advisor of Pet Care Retail Group shareholders in the sale of the company to Maskokotas.

Maskokotas is a Valencian company focused in marketing pets and pet products in physical stores in the Spanish Mediterranean area, specially in Catalonia, Valencian Community and Region de Murcia.

With this transaction, Maskokotas will be able to sell to 120 countries through its recently acquired online platform.
