Sale of Clínicas Dr. Senís to Private Equity firm Portobello

Clínicas Dr. Senís is a dental chain operating 7 clinics in the east part of Spain. Private Equtiy Group Portobello has conducted the simultaneous acquisition of dental care chains Unidental, Láser 2000, Clínicas Dr. Senís, Plénido and Avandent.

The resulting group will be formed by close to 300 dental care and aesthetics medicine clinics with sales of over €95 million. The new business project will benefit from the synergies generated within the group and will seek further consolidation in a highly fragmented market.
