Urbeo raises funding to create a €1bn build-to-rent residential platform

Goodbody acted as sole financial advisor to Urbeo on the transaction

Investment from Starwood Capital and the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund will enable Urbeo to create a €1bn build-to-rent platform that will target a mix of market, social and affordable tenancies, primarily in the Greater Dublin Area.
