Her activities focus on increasing the quality of client service in the Law Firm, introducing the changes aimed at facilitating the operations of the team to improve the cooperation with Clients. She is responsible for long-term vision and development strategy of the Law Firm as well as for ongoing analysing of the system of effectiveness of the provided advice and services. She builds positive relations with clients, supports the development and correct operations of the Law Firm.
She has over 10 years of experience in operations management acquired in many advisory companies specialising in obtaining and accounting for EU grants and in the investment fund financed from Bridge Alfa programme.
In private life, she is an enthusiast of Italian wines and culinary travels.
