Legal counsel since 2004. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. She also completed a Postgraduate Programme in Law and Economy of the European Union at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław.
She provides comprehensive customer support, creates contracts and issues opinions on them, develops business models in legal terms, prepares opinions and positions and company documents, among others. She participates in and gives advice on the processes of capital investments, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and other types of restructuring and reorganisation of national groups of companies of different sectors of the economy.
She represents our Law Firm’s Clients also in out-of-court negotiations and mediation proceedings, court disputes (in particular in civil, commercial, labour law and administrative court proceedings), as well as before public administration bodies and other entities.
She also has experience in providing comprehensive services to local government units.
