He provides comprehensive advice on the ongoing business activity of entrepreneurs, with particular focus on corporate services for commercial law companies and the law of commercial contracts. He advises on and participates in the processes of capital investments, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and other types of restructuring and reorganisation of national and international groups of companies in different sectors of the economy.
He worked for renowned Polish and international law firms that provide legal support, including the “Big Four” firms. He gained his professional experience also while working as a trainee at a British law firm.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, where he studied law and economics.
Fluent speaker of English.
In his free time, he actively participates in sports. A fan of windsurfing.
